Nordika, a new dog nutrition brand born from the extended family of Mondou and Rens Pet. A natural, local and holistic approach, designed to nourish dogs the same way we support an active, healthy and balanced lifestyle. From a design perspective, we aimed to translate the vastness and richness of the Canadian territory, from coast to coast. A logotype with rounded forms, inspired by our expansive bodies of water. A primary typeface with sharp angles, as if carved from the rock of our mountains. A color palette rooted in nature, directly inspired by our landscapes. The brand draws from outdoor codes to convey energy, movement and vitality. The dog symbol itself is sculpted from the Alberta Rockies, acting as a strong and grounded signature. The packaging design is both accessible and distinctive, with a clear identity that stands out on shelf. A simple and effective iconographic system helps communicate the product’s benefits at a glance. Four recipes, designed to feel transparent, reassuring and cohesive. A fully multidisciplinary project, where we had the opportunity to support Nordika at every stage: visual identity, packaging design, communication strategy, naming and copywriting, photo and video production, web design, and social media management.
