Nouvelle Idée is looking for a Junior Account Manager – Social Media to join our team and actively contribute to content management and creation for our clients. If you're curious, motivated, passionate about social media and eager to learn by working on real projects, this position is for you. You don’t need 3 years of experience, we’re mainly looking for someone resourceful, detail-oriented, creative, comfortable with social media, who uses it daily and understands how it works, and who wants to grow within a human, dynamic, and stimulating agency.
YOU ROLE
Under the supervision of a senior member of the communications team, your role will be to support the management and content creation for clients’ social media accounts.

Position: Full-time (35 hours/week)
Workplace: We prefer in-person work at our office at 94A Laurier Ave. W. in Montreal. Given the nature of the role, the person must also be able to travel to meet with clients across the island of Montreal. One remote workday per week is possible, as long as it doesn’t interfere with operations.
Summer schedule: Friday afternoons off in the summer
Work hours: Standard office hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), though this role requires some flexibility, with the option to adjust your schedule accordingly.
Vacation: 4 weeks of paid vacation from the first year (2 weeks during the holiday season and 2 weeks during the rest of the year)
